I am enthusiastic, pragmatic and supportive of your goals; my role is to help you enjoy exercise and exceed your own expectations.
Client base: fitness maintenance, goal focused (triathlon), boxing, pregnancy, injury rehabilitation, and general wellbeing. I have been a coach since 2008 and a trainer since 2013. I am motivated by the benefits that exercise, of all forms, bring to the lives of my clients. I believe that exercie is a journey and that it is for everybody; with expertise and dedication from the right trainer it can transform a client's quality of life. My clients range in age from early 20s to 80s and I take time to understand exactly what each client wants and needs from the sessions. I train triathletes who (incorrectly) credit me with having achieved their goals, and I have longterm clients who identify our training sessions as contributing to their lives and their ambition by the work we do in setting, reaching and then achieving new goals. I work face-to-face and online. I am fluent in English and Polish and happy to work in either language.
