Sports and fitness have always been my passion, I qualified as a personal trainer in 2015 and have since helped many people make their dreams of having a stronger, slimmer, healthier body come true.
I recently moved from London to Seaford and I adore this town, the seaside is the best place for a good workout. I still educate myself as much as I can; currently I am studying a Sports, Fitness and coaching BA (Hons).
I have a great deal of experience in fitness and training. Still, I also believe in the diversity of people's behaviour to exercise. There is no one solution, and therefore I like to approach each client and each class in its unique way.
I believe in getting the best out of each session for my clients. There is always a strong element of fun and the all-important functional component. We progress these both in equal measure, and the sessions are always varied.
