Knowledgeable, patient, professional and creative with the workout. If you are considering getting a PT give Aman a try. He worked with me and my teenage son at home. We started during lockdown and have kept going since then. He has provided good advice to my son, helping him create safe workouts with weights and also explaining why it might be better not to try to go too fast with supplements, mass gainers etc. He has made himself available to answer my son’s (many) questions between workouts via email. As a parent I feel happy knowing that my son is training with someone who can give him sensible advice, and I hope that this advice will stay with him when he joins a gym. For me, he has provided helpful workouts and corrected some posture issues.

I've been working with Aman for 2 years on and off. He works towards educating you with all you need to know to go off and create your own routines. When I was ready to take it up a notch or felt myself slipping, I went back for a few more months of training and got right back on track. I am nearly 60, was overweight and unfit and decided to look for a Personal Trainer to help me lose weight and get fit. I have been with Aman about 12 weeks and have lost about 11 pounds. My body feel significantly younger and stronger. His training is fun, varied and challenging. He explains everything super well. He also makes sure I do not overdo it but still holds you accountable. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does and tailors everything based on your goals and age (including aches and pains). There’s a lot of information out there nowadays but having someone who knows what they are doing teach you is what made the difference for me. This polite young man takes a no nonsense approach. Training with Aman is fun! He takes great care in making sure the workouts are tailored towards what you want. I wanted to lose stubborn belly fat. After my initial assessment, Aman noticed my reduction in flexibility and restrictions in my range of movement in my shoulder and hips. This was my personal area I wanted to improve on. During my first few sessions we focused solely on flexibility, posture exercise, core stability, and mobility exercises as well as balance.
