Hi!

My name is Katiuscia (Kati) and I have always had a passion for fitness and well-being and I can`t leave without it, I have been in the industry for at least 20 years. Mum of 2 boys.

I provide tailor-made training in the gym, at your home, office or in the park along with a nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. I prefer training women if in a private house, but I also train couples and men

 I also teach my online fitness classes via Zoom daily. I direct my own business where I organize fitness and tours in Sardinia with small and big groups www.sardiniafitnesstours.com 

I love interacting and helping people as you can see!

Hi Katy
I love your classes! You ooze energy from start to finish and it's all done with a smile! I think it's really important that an instructor does the exercise with the class. This definitely inspires and makes me keep going when I start to flag. You also make the class really personal, remembering everyone's name and what they have been up to. Classes are chatty, full of energy and fun. I only wish you ran more classes each week at Redbourn. This is what exercise should be!
