About Me

I am passionate about what I do. I prioratise your fitness needs and fitness goals whilst giving you the best routine possible.

What Can I Do For You?

My aim isn't simply to help you achieve your fitness goals, but also to help you live a fitter and healthier life. During our fitness "journey" together, I would like to teach you exercise techniques and training methods, nutrition facts and core management guides that you can use even when you are not with me. I am passionate about what I do and like to learn new fitness methods, watch fitness and nutrition related materials to always better myself. The newly learned knowledge is always tested on me first and when it works would be introduced to you too. I also believe in a saying of "practice what you preach" and keep myself fit with regular exercise and follow a healthy diet.

Our training would be done mainly outdoors or in your local residential gym.

  • CYQ - Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • Active IQ - Level 4 Certificate in Exercise for the Management of Back Pain
  • CYQ - Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (QCF) - Gym Based Exercise
  • CYQ - Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral (QCF)
