I’m a fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience, and I genuinely love helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
I specialise in functional fitness, lower back pain management, and I’m also a passionate and knowledgeable weightlifting coach. I mostly work with people aged 35 and over, especially those who want to move better, feel better, and build lasting strength.
