I am an enthusiastic, energetic and highly qualified personal trainer. I specialise in working with women at whatever stage of their life or journey with their health.
Whether you are wanting to train for a specific event such as a marathon, are recovering after an injury or are pregnant or have had a baby, I can tailor a programme to suit your needs.
Every client is unique which is why you will get a bespoke fitness and nutritional programme designed around your age, ability and previous exercise experience. A tailored plan like this gives you the maximum chance of achieving your health and fitness goals.
I understand the challenges of juggling work and home life and finding time to keep fit and healthy. This is why I meet you at a location convenient to you, bringing all the equipment you will need. Whether it is at home, in the garden, gym, park or office; I can use any location to make the perfect work out space. Even if you are a new mum struggling to fit exercise around your baby’s demands, I can design a programme that makes baby part of your work-out, rather than being the reason you can’t work out.
I believe that movement should be a pleasure, not a chore – otherwise the likelihood of sustaining your improved level of fitness is next to zero. That is why I aim to make all my sessions fun and enjoyable… but always tough enough that you will feel your fitness levels improving session by session.
