I can help you, just as I've helped hundreds of people over the last 11 years -from my work at a prestigious health club in West London to operating my own mobile and online fitness and health service in the Surrey Hills. 

I am not only a personal trainer - but a personal weight-loss and motivation coach too. I help people get amazing sustainable results that last.

You can either choose to meet me in person for a completely FREE 60-90 minute discussion wthin Dorking or online via zoom.  

Alternatively if travelling to you for the first time and meeting in an outdoor setting (Covid-19 guidelines apply), I will ask for a first time consultation fee which will be deducted from any package agreements should you wish to carry on with afterwards.

PS My PT rates can start from as little as £35 per half hour to £50 per hour dependent on the number of sessions required and the number of people.

I have a range of equipment which I can bring to you - from a Concept 2 Rower, (I'm also a qualified rowing coach) TRX supension trainers, kettlebells, boxing basics, free-weights (I can teach you how to lift weights safely), balance trainers, gym balls to resistance bands etc, but I can also teach you how to stay fit even without much equipment.
