About Me

I specialise in female fitness. I want to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident; motivating and educating you towards your goals.

What Can I Do For You?

I am a certified REPS Level 3 Personal Trainer, a certified nutrition coach (Body Type Academy) and qualified in stroke rehabilitation fitness. 

I don't provide quick - fix solutions that see you back to where you started. I work with my clients to create a bespoke and importantly sustainable fitness and nutrition strategy that works for you, your lifestyle and your goals. 

Keeping on track can be difficult when you want to get fitter and lose weight and I will be there every step of the way to make sure that you don't give up. I will provide you with the accountability, motivation and support to keep on going and to make positive steps continuously.

Programmes vary from client to client, based on your requirements, but typically include a variety of different fitness techniques including training with weights, core & ab work, swiss ball, TRX, cardio and interval training. A full programme will be developed after the initial consultationa and will be based on your fitness levels and requirements.

If you choose to work with me then you will come to understand your body and how you can get the results you want through fitness and nutrition. You will feel energised and enjoy what you do and take pleasure in being fitter and the benefits you will see in all aspects of your life. You will develop a complete strategy for achieving long-term change.

I have a wide variety of equipment that I use in sessions, depending on where we are training and your requirements. This will be discussed in the initial 'getting to know you' call.

Sessions will either take place in a gym I use in Victoria, a local park or at your house.
