With over 15 years of coaching experience and a degree in Sports Science (BSc), I specialise in helping busy professionals, parents and everyday people improve their strength, fitness, energy levels and confidence. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, feel stronger, move better or simply improve your overall health, I'll create a personalised plan that works for you.
Sport and training have always been a huge part of my life. I've competed in everything from rugby to endurance events, including two Ironman races, multiple Breca Swimrun events, swimming the Solent, completing the Jurassic Coast Ultra, and numerous marathons, duathlons and triathlons. While I love pushing my own limits, my real passion is helping others achieve their goals, no matter where they're starting from.
For me, coaching isn't just a profession, it's a way of helping people become the best version of themselves.
My approach combines strength training, fitness and sustainable lifestyle habits to deliver long-term results. I focus on building strong foundations, improving movement, increasing fitness and helping clients feel more confident in their own skin.
I don't believe in quick fixes, extreme diets or spending hours in the gym. I believe in consistency, smart training and creating habits that you can maintain for life.
I also understand that life is busy. Work, family and social commitments all matter, which is why I help my clients find a healthy balance between achieving their fitness goals and enjoying life. Training should improve your life, not take it over.
