What Can I Do For You?
I currently run and own Personal Space Ltd which is an exclusive gym and personal training centre in the heart of Mayfair. Alongside I have a team of experienced trainers and therapists (Osteopath, Sports massage, Pilates, Yoga) I believe that training should be target driven and the team here provide the knowledge base and enthusiasm to reach every client's needs and goals. I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach at Harlequins RFU and was a nationally ranked Decathlete.
