Hello there, I am Alastair Macdonald, a Personal Trainer, Tutor, and Nutritionist, and have been working in the Fitness Industry since 1989

I have worked with the full spectrum of Clients, from Elite Bodybuilders to residents in Care Homes, helping them regain Strength and Independence through a structured Exercise and Nutrition protocol. I am very passionate about training people with differing abilities achieve their health, fitness and bodyfat loss goals, and improve their self esteem and quality of life using my skills and experience.
