I’m a friendly and motivated personal trainer with my own studio. I’m here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
What Can I Do For You?
I have been in the fitness for a number of years, competeing to high standard within cross training, ameture boxing and completed numerous road races and triathlons.
As well as personal training i also run boxing for fitness classes.
I can provide tailored fitness programmes for all levels with regular assesments to monitor your progress to ensure we are on the right track
I am a qualified Elite Hatton Boxing for Fitness instructor
