With a background in training cabin crew for a major airline in fitness and nutrition, Vicky brings a wealth of knowledge in creating personalised programs that are both effective and sustainable. Her holistic approach focuses on strength training, injury prevention, and nutrition guidance, helping clients of all levels reach their goals. Vicky is a level 4 sports massage therapist which allows her to understand the functional aspects of training and help with rehab and injury prevention.
As a mother of two energetic boys she understands the importance of balancing, health, fitness and wellbeing with demands of a busy schedule.
