About Me

New Zealand born, London based level 4 NASM qualified personal trainer here to support you to reach your goals safely and sustainably. 

What Can I Do For You?

I specialise in teaching people who are looking to improve their strength, mobility, and over all fitness capacity. My goal is to make exercise accessible to everyone regardless of the level you are at or your physical capabilities. 

My key focus is longevity through strength and controlled movement. Utilising simple primal movement patterns, my aim is to help my clients better their lives by learning to move their bodies more effectively and efficiently using modalities with carryover into everyday life. 

Condition yourself for martial arts or sport. Pick up your children and carry them with confidence knowing that your practice and application will only make you better. Move like you were designed to move.

  • 60 minute 1 to 1 progressive personal training sessions tailored to your needs. £70 adhoc 
  • Safe and effective KETTLEBELL COACHING
  • Coaching to support you to achieve your individual goals focusing on developing a sustainable exercise regime. 
  • Nutritional guidance to maximise your training. 
  • Online Coaching app supported tailored programming and coaching. Tell me your goals and I'll write your weekly programming into the app where you can monitor your metrics and notes. Coaches feedback, tailored cueing, text support, and video technique analysis. £250 per monthly. (A weeks structured training for less than the price of one PT session)
