Working with my clients is as much a privilege as it is a responsibility; together we journey towards their stronger, fitter and healthier life.
Personal training in a private gym:
Working from my well-equipped air-conditioned private gym near Dorking, I offer clients goal-focused, bespoke, fun and varied 1-2-1 training sessions. Drawing on my experience and expertise as a Personal Trainer, I tailor sessions to meet each person's aims and align our work with individual preferences and needs. In addition to focusing on strength and fitness, I draw on a range of additional qualifications including in pre and post-natal exercise adaptations, advanced training systems and the science of fat loss.
As a 50+ years old Mum, ex-City professional and a fully-qualified Personal Trainer, I share many professional and life experiences with my clients.
I know how difficult it can be to commit to a fitness regime while leading a busy life; which is why I offer all clients support and motivation both in and out of the gym. I also have first-hand experience of how transformative making, and sticking with, the decision to look after our physical and mental health through exercise, can be!
Before we begin the work:
Before I begin working with a client, we discuss their life style, personal commitments, exercise history, short and long-term goals, nutritional objectives (if any) and any medical conditions. We review each person's strengths, preferences and dislikes as well as areas for improvement and support.
I then go away and create a personalised training (and if desired, nutrition and positive habits) programme for each and every client.
When you are away from the gym:
Out of sight is definitely not out of mind.
I offer additional support to all my clients when they are away from the gym, including accountability messaging, the opportunity to attend local small group training sessions and additional training programmes for use between sessions or while away on holiday.
Whether you are a gym novice or a workouts veteran, I offer you the opprotunity to take your health, training and fitness to the next level. I will be your biggest supporter, challenger and motivator.

I work from a private, fully air-conditioned, gym in my home garden. There is plenty of free parking, privacy and space for both indoors and outdoors trainingg.
