My name is Neil, a mobile Personal Trainer based in Staines Upon Thames. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great.
I bring the gym to you: at home, the office or your local park.
Although based in Staines i cover Twickenham, Ascot, Maidenhead and Uxbridge areas.
