What Can I Do For You?


All I’ve ever wanted to do in my job as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, is to help motivate others to lead more balanced, healthy and active lives.

Having spent 10 years working in the corporate world in the hustle and bustle of London, I know first-hand how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work, a family and at the same time maintain a healthy lifestyle. But it is achievable, and I want to help show you how.

My training methodology is rooted in a hybrid of Functional Training, Pilates and Mobility. Through Functional Strength Training I will help you get strong by working to increase your lean muscle mass and bone density to cope with the demands and stressors of daily life. With Pilates I will help improve your breathing mechanics and develop your core strength and your stability to avoid injury. And as we age and start to lose our balance skills and bone density from the age of 30, through specially curated Mobility exercises, I will help you improve your joint health.

I know first-hand how difficult it can be to juggle full-time work and at the same time maintain a healthy lifestyle, but it is achievable. My ultimate aim is to show you an adaptable approach to fitness, one that revolves around making little changes that lead to the big results and creating healthy lifestyle choices without taking the fun out of life.

With over 8 years experience working as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Pilates Teacher, I've helped hundreds of clients gain confidence in their bodies and improve the quality of their lives, allowing them to feel happier and healthier without feeling punished.

I feel very lucky to be in a job that not only I am passionate about, but allows me to constantly learn. This year I will be working towards an Advanced Pre and Post Natal qualification, as well as a Functional Ageing Specialist Certification.

Yasmien is an outstanding PT, Pilates teacher and all around lovely and supportive person to work with.
- I have been a PT client of Yasmine around 7 years ago at the start of her career, and again in 2023. Yasmine is hugely knowledge and develops a challenging yet achievable programme with important mobility aspects. On both occasions I sought support for strength training while training for half marathons, and Yasmin’s running centred strength programmes kept me injury free. In 2023 Yasmin also wrote a programme that I could complete in my own gym sessions as follow up to my PT sessions. I am relatively experienced now at lifting weights, but Yasmine’s pointers helped me to learn more, and my squats became more consistent and stable.

I have been a regular at Yasmine’s Pilates classes for several years and she is an excellent teacher - instructions are calm and very clear, the classes are brilliantly paced - a steady build and never boring - always with options for different levels - you are challenged but never pressurised and you leave feeling you‘ve worked every muscle. I have taken Yasmine’s pilates classes for a few years and have just started personal training for some additional strength work. I highly recommend her both as a pilates teacher, and as PT. She is an extremely knowledgeable, professional instructor who emphasises the proper technique. I handpicked Yasmine for some PT sessions having enjoyed some of the Pilates classes that she was running at a local gym. I knew that her warm and friendly but also no nonsense style would get the best out of me and as a doctor who sees a lot of gym injuries I also really liked the fact that she has an excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology and knows how to get the best out of a body without injuring it.

I initially booked for 8 sessions but found them so useful that I ended up signing up for another 8. Sadly I have now left London but the bespoke work out sheets that Yasmine has provided me with means that her good work can continue.

At 38 and with two children (and two Caesarians scars to show for them!) I am in the best shape I have ever been in thanks to Yasmine.

I trained with Yasmine from the start to finish of my twin pregnancy.  I was a regular gym goer anyway with a good level of fitness, which I was keen to maintain as well as focus on strengthening the areas put under particular stress during pregnancy.   We met every 3 weeks when she would run me through two programmes and then email me them afterwards that I would practise alongside group classes and swimming each week before we next met.  Her programmes were pitched perfectly for that particular stage of pregnancy and energy levels, always interesting, included exercises I had never done before so keeping it constantly interesting and always ensured I had a safe but productive workout.  

I went back to the gym after 6 weeks after giving birth.  I started to follow her late pregnancy programmes and have slowly progressed back to the earlier/ more aerobic pregnancy programmes and am pleased to say that I fit all my pre-pregnancy clothes, feel great and can't wait to see Yasmine again for the next step of furthering my fitness. 

I couldn't recommend Yasmine more highly and thoroughly enjoyed my training with her. Thank you so much!
