I'm Cynthia Paim Cohen, a certified Personal Trainer and Reformer Pilates specialist.
As the founder of Cre8-U and Elevate Reformer Pilates, I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Reformer Pilates Teacher, Nutritional Advisor and Women's Fitness Specialist with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. My passion is helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve real, lasting results through tailored training and expert guidance.
