About Me
RMR Rehabilitation offer Adaptive Personal Training to individuals with Neurological conditions, Spinal Injury, Amputee and other complex needs.
What Can I Do For You?
Our Aim/Mission
To provide specialist exercise training to those suffering the impact of a neurological
condition, from progressive disorders such as MS and Parkinson’s disease to brain injuries,
spinal cord injuries and amputees. We are equipped with the knowledge, determination and
patience to help you on your journey.
All our trainers are highly qualified and experienced in the exercise and rehabilitation sector as well as being DBS checked and insured. We feel it is important that our clients are supported to the highest level and that working along side physiotherapists and other professionals helps to give us more knowledge and guidance to support your needs and achieve your aims and goals.
Our Approach
We provide advanced and adaptive personal training sessions both in person, at home, in a gym or online to help you on your journey. To maximise your rehabilitation, we often work alongside neurophyio’s, physio’s or as part of a team to provide the best possible service to ensure you get the most out of your rehabilitation and training.
We are here to provide support both physically and mentally to encourage independence,
set goals and allow you to live a more fulfilled life.

SCS - SCS worked closely with RMR Rehabilitation to build a bespoke service for a 61 year old gentleman who lives in his own property iwith 24 hour support in place.
Our gentleman is a Thalidomide survivor who is deaf and has no verbal communication.
RMR, when carrying out the initial assessment, were flexible and able to communicate in our gentlemans preferred form of communication as they gained an understanding of his needs.
RMR is also respectful of the in-house staff team working with several different staff members, asking pertinent questions to support the work with our gentleman.
RMR is flexible in regards to the session days or timing's. They confirm sessions in good time, which allows time for our gentleman to process this information
As the sessions have continued, there have been noticeable benefits for our gentleman, and RMS has responded to this with the sessions evolving to support this change.
The interactions with RMR have been a very positive experience for our gentleman.
