About Me

Vastly experienced level 3 personal trainer helping clients hit their targets in the quickest and most sensible way.

What Can I Do For You?

Having worked as a personal trainer now for over 6 years I have a wealth of experience working with many different clients, all with a different goal in mind. Seeing others hitting their targets whether it be a short term goal or a long term goal is what motivates me to test myself and my clients to reach new heights.

I like to make my training sessions as enjoyable as possible. Training with a smile on your face is my highest priority behind making sure you’re hitting those targets we set. As said above I like to test myself and each new client brings a completely different challenge. Every person that comes to me will have a different challenge ready to be knocked out the park.


Instead of just telling clients what exercises to do and what foods to eat I aim to educate them even in the most basic sense with the aim of helping them understand why doing certain things will help and what the purpose is. This is appears to be very helpful when it comes to choosing foods to eat and foods to avoid.

I met Lewis when i was struggling to train for my first race for life event. Six years later and i still love training with him. Lewis focuses on helping me achieve my goals, whatever we decide them to be, and he makes every single sessions challenging, varied and more importantly fun! From someone thatcouldn't run 20 yards, feared weight training and didnt want to exercise, Lewis has helped me to complete 2 marathons, achieve 3rd place in a strong woman competition and most importantly has enabled me to love all aspects of health, fitness and exercise. If you want a trainer that listens, works with you, celebrates the good times and supports you with the bad times then Lewis is the trainer for you. I can't sing his praises enough! 


I look forward to my sessions with Lewis as i know that it is doing me some good. I've been with him for about 5 months now, and he varies our workouts each week to help keep me interested and on my toes. He understands what i don't like and more importantly what i do like doing but he doesn't let me get away with too much! I appreciate the way he pays close attentnion to how i am and changes the exercises we do.
