I am here to guide and empower you to achieve your health and fitness goals. 

With over a decade of experience working with clients, I know it takes a multifaceted approach of exercise, nutrition and the mind to get the desired results that will last.

 

I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer, having gained my Cert III and Cert IV (Master Trainer) in Australia at the Australian Institute of Fitness, as well as being a qualified Nutritional Medicine Therapist. I work from my private custom-built studio in Caversham.

My passion is to empower others to reach their health and fitness goals, and to believe in themselves and their abilities to change; through education, support and motivation. I take a wholistic approach to supporting my clients and believe that the journey to optimum health is more than just exercise and a good diet, it also takes self-belief, the removal of any mental blocks, and motivation to begin the journey in the first place.

Any fitness journey will need to look at nutritional intake goals, as a qualified Nutritional Medicine Therapist I can assist you with the right eating habits to acheive your goals. I am a very supportive coach that will encourage you to bring out the best in yourself. You are the key to your own health!

I will be adding Pre & Post Natal qualifications to my skillset in the next few months (having had a baby 3 years ago I already have exprience in this area).
