I have been personal training since 2012. I set up Ultra Figures in London, and in 2017 I moved to Surrey where I started building up my client base. I travel to clients so they're able to train at home or in a local park.
I like to describe myself as a personal trainer who is realistic, someone, who is able to adapt their training/nutrition to suit clients needs working around their work commitments and family commitments.
I launched Ultra Figures Personal Training in November 2012. Throughout the past 12 years I have worked with a range of clients keeping them motivated and accountable allowing them to achieve their personal goals. I am a level 3 certified personal trainer. The other qualifications that I have obtained over the years include; pre and post natal training and dietary advisor.
Pre & Post Natal Training and Weight Loss and Fitness Wellbeing are the areas which I specialise in.
Pre & Post Natal Training
My Pre-Natal training is focused on training safely through pregnancy. During pregnancy the body goes through biomechanical and physiological changes. These changes impact you different throughout the trimesters. During the three trimesters there be adaptations on what type of strengthening/cardio can be performed in the sessions.
My Post Natal Training is focused around re-activating and working the deeper core muscles, and strengethening the areas which are been affected by pregnancy. I have worked with clients who have been diagnosed with diastasis recti and I am extremely familiar with as I had to overcome a 4cm gap after having my daughter back in 2018.
Weight Loss and Fitness Wellbeing
The majority of my clients fall under this bracket. I have taken many clients through a weight loss program and general wellbelling with successful results. I help clients educate themsleves on substainable nutrition that fits around their lifestyle 'no fad diets' or 'quick fixes'.
Personal training sessions can be conducted at the most convenient location for you; this could be in the local park or in the comfort of your own home or train remotely via facetime, skype or zoom!
Sessions last for an hour and they are designed to be enjoyable, challenging and rewarding.
Sessions are booked in monthly installements with each session costing £47.50 per session.

I would 100% recommend Tasha. I lost 1.5 stones with Tasha and it could have been a lot more if not for my own stupidity (still eating and drinking too much) Tasha is fitness and nutrition. Each session was varied and fun and Tasha listened to me when I told her things I disliked in the sessions so she changed to adapt to me.
Apart from her professionalism, Tasha is such a lovely person and I just enjoyed her company when she came to my house.

Life Changing! Tasha got me to Everest Base Camp and back. My next challenge was to half a stone for a holiday. With a few weeks to go, I’d lost 1 stone by making simple realistic adjustments. Tasha is the best! I would highly recommend her.
