I’ve been working as a personal trainer since 2012, when I founded Ultra Figures with a simple mission: to help people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies, without being overwhelmed by fitness fads or unrealistic pressure.
I started out in London and moved to Surrey in 2017, where I’ve since built a loyal and growing client base. I work with a wide range of clients, from men wanting to improve their strength and fitness, to women navigating postnatal recovery, midlife, or menopause. What they all have in common is a desire to train with purpose, feel more in control of their health, and make lasting change.
I offer one-to-one and partner sessions in the comfort of your home, outdoors, or in a private studio setting. My training style is structured yet supportive, tailored to suit your goals and your life, not the other way around. I believe in doing the basics well, showing up consistently, and creating space for people to push themselves in a way that feels both empowering and sustainable.
I hold qualifications in Level 3 Personal Training, Pre and Post-Natal Exercise and Nutrition (AFN certified), Menopause Wellness Coaching, and Diet and Nutrition Advising. I’m currently expanding my knowledge with advanced certifications in behaviour change and lifestyle coaching, because true progress goes far beyond a workout plan.
Clients come to me for the physical results, but stay because they feel heard, supported, and challenged in the right way. At Ultra Figures, it’s not about chasing perfection, it’s about building strength, resilience, and confidence that lasts.
Each session lasts up to an hour and is designed to be enjoyable, challenging, and completely tailored to your goals.
You can choose to train once a week or multiple times per week depending on your goals, availability, and budget. I’ll work with you to find the right structure and routine that keeps you progressing and feeling your best.
