With my sister, we run Enrich Fitness, a mobile personal training company that we launched in 2010 covering parts of Middlesex and Surrey. I have just relocated from South West London to Hampshire so am now able to train clients in areas across Hampshire and West Sussex.
I have always been a keen exerciser and danced from the age of 4. I love personal training my clients and seeing the pleasure they get from a good workout. I truly believe that exercise shouldn't just be about working hard but that it should be fun and enjoyable to keep you motivated and leaving you wanting more! I love to get involved in my client's sessions and always make sure that each session is fun and varied. Sian has been my trainer for the last 18 months and short of emigrating, I can't imagine ever letting her go! She never ceases to amaze me with her positive attitude and bubbly personality, even when we're meeting at 06:00 in the morning in the middle of a blizzard. It is largely because of this that I am motivated to get up on training days. Sian is also very professional and well trained herself and offers all sorts of advice and interesting facts about training and how the body works. She is really good at ensuring the sessions are varied and we never do the same thing two sessions in a row; she is very versatile and is equally at ease with circuit training as she is with running and boxing. In the past 18 months my fitness has improved dramatically. I can lift much heavier weights and have gone from hating running short distances to now training for a half marathon - and enjoying it! Until I met Sian and made the huge decision to have a Personal Trainer, I was a couch potato who avoided exercise at all costs! Sian understood my limitations with a bad back and dodgy knees. She was patient and made the training sessions fun and was full of encouragement when I was suffering from lack of stamina and general unfitness.
