What Can I Do For You?
I have worked in the fitness industry for 20 years as a gym instructor in local leisure centres and gyms. I have been a personal trainer for ten years and now work with my clients from my home studio in Redcar. (Evenings only at present). I am a member of Registered Excercise Professionals (REPs). All my clients come from recommendations. There is a large park opposite my studio where we can speedwalk and exercise on a regular basis. Payment; I am flexible with payment, I will only charge for each session when you attend, no charge if you can't make a session.

Ab cruncher,free weights ,resistance bands, punch bag and hook and jab pads (to give a good cardio-vascular work-out). Gym Ball, mat, ankle weights, body-fat scales and kettle bell.
