As a personal trainer I aim to create fun and focused fitness programmes for my clients to motivate and guide them to achieving their targets. I achieved my Level 3 personal training certificate back in 2012 and keep my knowledge up to date with regular CPD. I have a passion to watch my clients increase their confidence and physical wellbeing. I travel to your home to provide the comfortability and privacy. I also specialise in nutrition.
Just like to introduce myself my name is Gavin and I specialise in one to one personal training for 5 years. Below you will see my expertises that I offer. I have a professional sporting background in football as I played for Chelsea and Tottenham in my youth, my experiences have taught me how much you need to dedicate yourself and provide as much effort and focus to achieve the results you want. One thing I promise is no matter what, every session my aim is to push you to your absolute maximum. I also offer one to one football coaching for children.
I like to create a postive and honest rapport with my clients as I believe strong and effective communication is essential to providing a platform to maximise each session.
My skills also include providing boxing training. i.e padwork, self defense and conditioning for adults and children.
I conduct thorough fitness assessments to determine a baseline fitness level and track progress over time, I instruct all my clients with the proper exercise techniques, emphasising the safety and the effectiveness of each exercise

I have years of experience in training one to one. Clients I have past and present I have made a massive improvement in not only the physical well-being but also their mentality, confidence and mental health. Whether it's a weight loss programme or to gain inches of muscle. I have the expertise and drive for you to get that beach body you have always wanted. One of my clients in particular where I have trained him for almost a year had seen him increase his strength, and muscular definition until an unfortunate skiing accident meant he was unable to train for 5 months he is now back on track to increasing his muscle mass. The improvement has been doubled along with his core strength through regular sessions and commitment.
