About Me

I am a young and highly motivated personal trainer who wants to help my clients change the way they see themselves and exercise. 

What Can I Do For You?

I am a Premier Global REPS level 3 Personal Trainer. 

I have years of experience with clients and from my own personal fitness journey that will allow me to help any client reach their goal no matter how big or small. I focus on effective sustainable long term changes rather than quick fixes and my clients will reap the benefits of this.

1 hour of 1-1 personal training - £37.50

 

5 hours of 1-1 personal training - £170 - £34 an hour

 

10 session package - £325 - £32.50 an hour

  • 10 1 hour personal tailored to your goals
  • Workout plan in line with your goals
  • Nutrition plan in line with your goals
  • 24/7 guidance and advice
  • Progress monitoring - update photos, regular weigh ins, measurements and body fat testing.
