I have experienced first hand how difficult it is to be overweight, not only the physical aspect but also the mental struggle. With my busy social life I was not eating right, working too much and hardly exercising and I needed to change a lot, or really, everything.

 

Through my own journey and training I have gathered knowledge and experience to help improve your body composition, increase your self esteem and help you feel strong, active and confident.

 

Every client is different and unique so I work within your own personal limits and experience to help you achieve your fitness goals with a tailor-made exercise programme.
