I'm passionate about health and fitness and am always looking for innovative ways of working with my clients towards improving their health and achieving their exercise goals. I have a vast array of knowledge, expertise, qualifications and experience which have supported my development as a pioneering and dynamic professional of Health and Fitness.
I help clients get in the best shape of their lives. I believe that personal training is about having an expert guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development. This includes your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and all support services to ensure that you are in full health. What really excites me every day is having a positive influence on peoples lives. Prices start from £40.00 per session
Prior to having my first training session, I was overweight and feeling very low in general regarding my weight, eating habits and overall how unfit I really felt. I knew I needed to do something about it. I needed to action. I remembered the feeling I had when I used to train many years ago, I wanted that feeling back, I needed that buzz again from feeling so good and feeling so proud.
My thoughts were not only of how great I wanted to look, for me it was also about the great feeling I had about myself. My first day with Jenni was on the 13th March 2018. I initially felt so good that I finally made the decision to begin my training. Since then my state of mind and my diet has completely changed for the better of course. Jenni introduced a new way of thinking about foods combined with exercise. I feel motivated everyday with my new thinking. Jenni has inspired me to be focused and for this I am achieving my goals. I have lost 1 stone in weight and lost 10 cms around my waist. When Jenni told me this of course, this has pushed me to keep on the path I am going .
Now as well as training, I cycle and commute to work as part of my cardio routine (80 miles per week). I know that to achieve the best, I must remember always, that I can do this but of course I must always remain focused and great things will continue to happen. Never give up, mind over matter is something that I say over and over to myself when it gets tough. If you really want change – YOU CAN DO IT.

Jenni is a great PT and doing training with her has become an essential addition to my week. When I started earlier this year I had no muscles and no tone. I quit doing sports in my early 20s and worked overseas, where getting a regular workout was hard. When I came to Jenni I was almost 58kgs and really needed to build my core. Now Im down to *53.5kg and definitely have more muscles and certainly I have more stamina. From the beginning Jenni has been very encouraging and supportive. She tailors the training every week to my needs, understanding what I like and what I don’t like. We do all sorts of training, including boxing or sessions in the park near my home. At the end of each PT we also do a few sun salutations before doing a few minutes stretching, it’s a great way of winding down after a heavy workout! She also sends me extra workout exercises to do at home. Last but not least, she has great music selection and we have a great laugh during training! All these things make Jenni really a top notch PT, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
