What Can I Do For You?

Having been in the fitness industry for many years working in differents countries and some of the most prestigious gyms in London, I have gained many skills and techniques which enable me to get the most out of my clients.Being from Latin background, I have always been involved in dance and I am also a qualified dance instructor as well as a personal trainer. I love to help people to improve their quality of life and overrall fitness.

My specialities includes weight loss, conditioning training, nutrition advice, core stability, and much more. I insist on teaching my clients the correct technique to help to help avoid injury and educate them on how to exercises efficiently and to make sure they reach their fitness goals.

I have a passion fot fitness and changing people's lifestyles and wellbeing.

I used to go to the gym every day without any orientation. No one had taught me how to do exercises, so you do not hurt yourself. Because of that I got hurt on my back and had to stop to do any exercise. After two months resting, I started to see Lesly. Since then, thanks to Lesly, I have learnt how to protect by back and how to avoid possible lesions. Not just knowing how to do the exercise properly, as well, which kind of stretches works better for me. Sometimes I needed an extra help for the pain in my back; Lesly was able to help with that as well. She is able as well to relief the pain with a massage, so nothing can stop you from keeping doing exercise. 

Another positive point, she is well prepared to help you with your nutrition. You can go to her because you want to lose weight or define better your body. She is going to help you not only with that; she will make sure your health improves as well.  
I have been with other personal trainers. They do not pay attention to your exercises. They do their work just for the time you spent. And they are not worried about your nutrition or your health. Lesly is the opposite to this. She gets your body gets healthy. One example was when I started with her I was able to do just 4 or 5 pushups. I never thought I would do more, well, now I can do 30, which is amazing! You'll get your objectives as improve your health if you train with her. 

Lesly is a great personal trainer: very knowledgable, professional, and a pleasant person to work with. She personalised every session taking into account my personal goals, background and ambition, using a variety of exercises to ensure a good and balanced workout. Since I started training five months ago I have lost weight (10 kg and counting), I'm healthier and I feel a lot fitter. I would highly recommend Lesly.



I’ve been working out with Lesly’s help for around a year. Since day one Lesly understood and realistically manage my expectations. In this time I’ve had good days, bad days and terrible days, but I never felt frustrated.

My favourite thing of training with Lesly is that she is extremely vigilant with the quality of the workout. She constantly tweaks and provides guidance to make sure I learn the exercise and I do it in the most effective way. She also teaches how to combine them to optimise the sessions targeting different muscle groups.  

Lesly not only has made me sweat in the gym, I’ve also learned the importance of eating right. We’ve gone through the types of food, my habits and my likings. I’m happy to say I changed my bad habits without feeling stuck in a strict diet.

Due my work, I have little spare time and rather sedentary lifestyle. I’d strongly recommend anyone in a similar situation to try a couple sessions with Lesly, it’s the one action than can significatively improve your lifestyle.
