I know what it’s like when you’ve been overweight from a young age, or it’s been a recent uphill, never-ending battle. I know what it’s like when you feel anxious around others who look athletic, lean, fit and make exercise look easy.

I totally get it, if you feel like mid-life or later life feels like it's creeping up on you very fast. 

I know what it’s like when modern life feels so pressured that you find it a struggle to keep on top of your well-being and your weight.

This is why I love the work I do, and why I help many people seize back control to put a stop to poor health and excess weight from getting in the way.

I'm a mobile Master Trainer - that means I offer much more than just coming to your home and being your go to person for enjoyable exercise.

I'm not just an exercise specialist with over 14 years experience; but I'm also a facilitator for change. I have the solutions! Exercise, nutrition, weight and lifestyle management will feel so easy for you, that it becomes a natural part of your life. You will never have to yo-yo diet or undertake anything you hate doing ever again.

I have a range of equipment which I can bring to you - from a Concept 2 Rower, (I'm also a qualified rowing coach) TRX supension trainers, kettlebells, boxing basics, free-weights (I can teach you how to lift weights safely), balance trainers, gym balls to resistance bands etc, but I can also teach you how to stay fit even without much equipment.
