I am a passionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic trainer and make it my number one priority for all my clients to achieve their fitness goals, be it losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, improving cardiovascular health, recovery after or preventing injury, or just improving your confidence in what to do in the gym.
I'm qualified in pre and post natal training. Having three young children myself, I appreciate even more the benefits of safely maintaining a good level of fitness both before and after birth. I also understand difficulties that may present themselves when trying to juggle motherhood, fitness and life!
My goal is to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
I have worked in a pharmacy since the age of 16 and as a registered pharmacist for 16. However I decided to quit my career and change my life by retraining in a field I was truly passionate about... Fitness.
My background as a pharmacist allows me to empower you with knowledge of the body, how it works and more importantly how to train it.
My fitness passion is Hyrox, a functional fitness competition which combines running and functional fitness such as sled push/pull, farmers carries. burpee broad jumps and wall balls., For this event, training all aspects of physical fitness are necessary. I also love boxing. I have fought competively and now incorporate bag work into my training regime.
