I have been training with David for the last five months. I have dropped from 61kg to 57kg, lost several inches off my waist and hips and I am now at least one size smaller in clothes.

Before I started with David I was completely lost at the gym and now I have learnt effective ways to train and now love going to the gym. He always designs sessions suited to my fitness level at the time and they are varied and fun. David has a great knowledge of nutrition which is excellent and the advice and support that he has given me has meant that my eating habits have completely changed for the better.

 I have been training with David now for about 12 weeks. When I first started I knew nothing about the gym, the equipment, what foods make a healthy diet or anything to do with fitness. David helped me every step of the way. He used language that was easy to understand and would always be at my side talking me through the whole session as well as answering my many questions.
The training sessions with David are amazing, always something a little different and he would always give 100% to the session. David wrote me a diet plan and each time we would meet to train he would review the plan with me and we would make any changes to the diet as needed.
I started training with David to lose weight for my wedding, which was a total success. I achieved my desired weight & measurements but I keep training with him as I feel I can achieve so much more & still have a lot to learn.

I would like to express my thanks to you as my personal trainer. You have been training with me for the last four months, and the difference I have experienced is quite amazing.

My goal was to get fitter and lose a bit of weight. Both have far exceeded my expectations. My fitness and stamina is vastly increased, so now I can go from one exercise to another with little or no delay, and keep going. My weight has steadily gone down, with a total loss of 10kg.

Your manor and approach to the training has been great. While pushing hard, it has always been at the right level for my fitness at the time. Your knowledge of the exercises, and the body, is very good, and you always keep my posture correct through out. You manage to make the hard work fun, and it is always varied, you listen to what I say and adjust the sessions accordingly.

I would recommend David to anyone. At what ever level they may be.

David is a great personal trainer and I would highly recommend. Very supportive and encouraging. He has recently designed me an online plan that is easy to follow and proving to be very effective. It is great to be able to follow this plan 'virtually', as I do not live close by David's gym. The best thing is that I don't feel restricted with diet (as I love food!), and the plan is very flexible; this helps to keep my motivation up. I am a person that really struggles going to the gym and keeping it up - Whether this is through intimidation of the size of some of the guys in the gym or whether it's down to not being able to maintain motivation... Who knows.

But I can honestly say I don't have any of those issues training with David I have maintained my sessions with him for about 4 months now and I've barely missed a session.
In fact I even enjoy training with him now and I've never enjoyed training in a gym by myself or with friends.

I can say I've seen decent results since I've been training with him and it's given me a much greater understanding of the machines, workouts, muscle groups, nutrition etc.

I would highly recommend him - He's helped me enormously and I'll continue using him.
