I enjoy working with women at all life stages to help achieve fitness, strength and health goals

I specialise in pregnancy and post-natal fitness

I have always been involved in a variety of sports and having had three boys (now 18, 16 and 14 years ) I empathise with the demands of bringing up a family and fitting fitness into family life.

I have taken part in several triathlons including the Olympic Distance London Triathlon which I completed in just under 3 hours. I've completed the Run to the Beat Half Marathon and Hampton Court to Kingston Swim.

This year I have challenged myself to the Spartan Race with the boys, and will learn to climb in the Alps 

I have spent active family holidays trekking the Atlas Mountains where we reached the summit of mount Toubkal, the Inca Trail in Peru, and Skiing.

I work from my own gym in New Malden

Really approachable to talk to and work outs are very well planned. Rachel's positivity and encouragement make it easy to go even if you do not feel up for it.
Rachel has an excellent exercise library and my weekly PT sessions with her are always varied. She always brings lots of new ideas into my workouts to keep them challenging and interesting, using different pieces of equipment and a variety of training methods.
 
I trained with Rachel from 8 weeks post natal after having C section. I would highly recommend her if you're after quick results with no compromise of safety. Her sessions are very well planned and personalised.
 
She continued to train me both pre and post foot surgery, coming up with innovative ways to work with what I was able to do. This was integral to the quick recovery that I made.
