Looking for fun and unique training sessions? Whether your a beginner or looking for something new. I specifically tailor motivational sessions to you, your needs and goals, through one-to-one, friendly and professional sessions to get you results!

What Can I Do For You?

I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years, whilst completing a degree in Health and Fitness. Upon completion I left Cornwall and began personal training around the Berkshire area, to gain more experience, working with a wider population, improving my client diversity. Also it allowed me to practise new techniques, with new equipment and teach a variety of group exercise classes including: Spinning, Zumba, Pump Fx, Circuits, Kettlebells, Boxfit, Legs Bum and Tums, and Balance and Tone, all of which I try to encorporate into your sessions to ensure you have fun, stay motivated and have a unique and interesting session! From years of experience, I learnt from clients the hardest thing about exercise is being motivated enough to actually get to a gym without talking yourself out of it first. Therefore, I provide a wide range of knowledge and equipment bought to your doorstep, eleviating the hassle of travelling, time and gym membership costs. In addition, my experience from teaching a wide variety of classes, gives you the freedom to pick and choose when you want to workout as oppose to fitting your training around a studio timetable!! Leaving you free to plan your day as you wish. Training can also be done with a friend/colleague/partner to add an extra dimension to your workout and reduce costs. "I have always been a regular at the gym and in good shape, however I was finding my workouts were becoming stale and was looking for new ways to challenge myself. Although I have always been in good shape, I wanted more tone and definition to my muscles and personal training with KV-Personal Training helped me to reach my goals! The sessions were always unique and I've never had so much fun training before, not only that I gained a new perspective in relation to my diet. What I liked about Kayleigh is she is friendly but also professional and her knowledge base is brilliant. I have also found that I enjoy our sessions more outside of a gym setting where she can bring the gym home to me when my schedule is hectic.
